I specialize in Massage Therapy and therapeutic massage with tailored sessions that include Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Prenatal Massage and Lymphatic Massage. Additional techniques like Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy are combined into personalized massage services to support relaxation, pregnancy comfort, postnatal recovery and ongoing self-care. Walkins and by appt available; appts are highly encouraged. Teachers and RNs receive a discount with proper ID.
